At Kat se Snor, we know His Highness is waiting impatiently for his new gear. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. Processing and Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery Time: Our standard shipping timeframe is 8 to 11 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Business Days: Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched to our courier partners within the first 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website and at checkout.
3. Delays and Liability
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure that your package arrives within the 8 to 11 business day window, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be unconditionally guaranteed.

Third-Party Couriers: Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, Kat se Snor does not have direct control over the delivery process.

Limitation of Liability: Kat se Snor shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, courier delays, bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, protests, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses caused by a delayed delivery.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and our human team will gladly assist in following up with the courier to track your package down.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.
5. Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct and complete delivery address is provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the cost to reship the item.

Kat se Snor is not responsible for lost packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging beforeopening it, and email us at katsesnor.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If the courier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund.
